On-Site Project Management
Dedicated on-site presence to coordinate daily activities, resolve issues, and monitor construction progress.
Having a dedicated project manager on site ensures that issues are resolved quickly, coordination between trades is seamless, and construction progress is monitored in real time. Studio Scope provides experienced on-site project management across Victoria.
Our on-site project managers are your eyes and ears during construction. We attend daily site meetings, coordinate trade access and sequencing, monitor work quality, and ensure that the builder is delivering in accordance with the contract, program, and specifications.
We maintain detailed site diaries, photographic records, and progress reports that provide a contemporaneous record of construction activity. This documentation is invaluable for resolving disputes, assessing claims, and demonstrating compliance.

Frequently asked questions
How often will the project manager be on site?
This depends on the project phase and complexity. During peak construction, we recommend full-time on-site presence. During quieter periods or early works, periodic site visits (2-3 times per week) may be sufficient. We tailor our on-site presence to your project needs and budget.
What areas of Victoria do you cover for on-site management?
We cover all of Victoria, with primary focus on Central Victoria (Bendigo, Castlemaine, Kyneton), Melbourne metropolitan area, Geelong, and Ballarat. For projects outside these areas, we discuss logistics and accommodation arrangements as part of our engagement.
Do you replace the builder's site manager?
No. Our role is to represent the client's interests on site, not to manage the builder's workforce. The builder retains responsibility for site management, supervision, and WHS. We monitor, coordinate, and report on the builder's performance against the contract.
